Online Eating Disorder Treatment in California
Start relating to your body and food with more self-trust.
We'll support you along the way!
There was a time not many years ago when the biggest problem for most humans was how they were going to find the food they needed to survive. Now, many of us spend hours every day obsessing over which foods to eat, the way we look, what we wear, and what we say. Luckily, making peace with your body and food is possible.

Kindful Body brings together passionate therapists and dietitians who are expertly trained in helping clients transform their relationships with food, their bodies, and themselves.
The Kindful Body team is ready to help you build a more compassionate relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
We're ready to help you recover from disordered eating, trauma, and more.
Our unique approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindful Self-Compassion, Brené Brown’s Shame Resilience Theory, Intuitive Eating, Health At Every Size, and Body Trust®. We use highly effective, evidenced-based modalities, including EMDR, somatic therapy, art therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT and more.
Compassion is at the heart of our practice. In the virtual therapy room, you’ll find a genuine respect for both your joys and your struggles, alongside a commitment to nonjudgmental support. We aim to create a safe environment for you to openly explore your feelings and experiences while working toward recovery.
We help clients heal and liberate the parts of themselves that keep them stuck in damaging behaviors so that they can live with more self-trust, authenticity, and ease.
At Kindful Body, we believe that our suffering provides an avenue for growth and transformation, that the quality of our lives depends on the quality of our relationships, and that self-compassion is fundamental to our well-being. These tenets inform our work with eating disorders and all other struggles.
We provide eating disorder treatment via online therapy.
